Anne Bradford moved to Healdsburg from San Diego in 1998 and opened
the Anne Bradford Gallery in downtown Healdsburg in June 2000. Her
3,000 square foot space started out as an enormous painting studio
with an exhibition space for her own work. After renovation and
several group shows, the gallery exhibited the works of some of the
leading painters and sculptors in the area and became one of the
finest art galleries in Sonoma County. In addition, works were
exhibited at the Hotel Healdsburg, the city's premier lodging
facility located at 25 Matheson Street in downtown Healdsburg. In
order to spend more time painting, Anne closed the gallery at the
end of 2004.
Now Anne spends most of her time in her studio which is located
down a country lane in a vineyard. Her work can be seen by
appointment. |
